Solved 3 Very Important Codes Lost

Post by Kaizer Lee October 6th 2013, 1:45 pm

Okay, seriously, this ruined my whole day. I lost 3 IMPORTANT codes in the index_body

At the bottom, that's where the table code used to be, I can get them back but the problem is I don't frigging know were my old sources where!

Problem 2, whenever I save this code after the full restart, it always revert back to normal.

The 3rd and most difficult one. The pic should explain it all....

Come on FM, please, PLEASE find a way for me to get these codes back. I've been working on them for 8 months already!

The back up file I was supposed to make ended up not being done because when I was gonna make a back up file, the whole restart happened :/...

Edit: I managed to get some of them back but I got a problem with the table code because it won't go center. As for the 3rd problem, it's just too hard...

Edit 2: Damn it... it happened again... why is it happening so many times to me?

Is there any way that you can post a screenshot of how it looked before the issues started?

I would if it weren't for the fact that the decent results only showed after I put in the right code ._. and before the whole thing went bonkers ._.

Isn't there anyway that an edited template can be reverted back to the edited one after a bug or something, because seriously man, I ain't letting this problem go easily. I'm not some super genius who can remember every code I did for 8 months just to resolve that issue :/

You can erase a customized template by pressing the delete image by it. When you press the delete image, the template is turned back to the default one.

Solved Re: 3 Very Important Codes Lost

Post by Kaizer Lee October 10th 2013, 5:40 am

Uh, that's not what I really meant, so yeah.

Anyway, fixed my predicaments.

Solution to #1:
Code:
<center><table cellspacing="3" cellpadding="0" border="0" style="margin-right:180px; margin-bottom:5px;" class="forumline"><tbody><tr><th width="100%" nowrap="nowrap" class="secondarytitle" colspan="2"> <h2>Posting Rules</h2> </th></tr><tr><td height="50" width="70%" valign="middle" align="center" class="row2 over"><img src="http://i.imgur.com/Ha4FoOl.png"></td><td height="50" width="30%" valign="middle" align="center" class="row2 over"><span class="gensmall">Please refrain from doing the following while posting: Spamming and Necro-Posting</span></td></tr></tbody></table></center>
Note: margin-right: must be 0px so that the whole table encompasses the whole forum page, in a sense that it's length is equal to that of the categories/forum

#2: Noticed that the main picture was also seen by guests so I had to redo the first part of the Javascript.

#3: Edited the CSS, specifically the username_profile and reduced the position from the left. A bit of Template editing and problem solved.
