Table for Affiliates

i have put Affiliates on my forum and i have put them in here " overall footer begin ". and it work very well but i have a big gap in it at the top of a banner and i want to get it out how can i do it ? this is the code i have put in

I do not see a gap above the affiliate icon, did you fix this?
