hi I wonder if you could please help us, we are trying to get on our forum http://madeleine-icon-for-m.forumandco.com/login which has been hacked all email addys and pass words have been changed !

You can try to access and restore your forum via the utilities
=> https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/
This might restore a users' password, not sure.

If you need a new password, use the new password method
