You have to contact your email provider support to get access to your email. If you can not get access, you can send a PM to the Pro-Admin Buttercup with the following information:

- The e-mail address used to create the forum
- The URL of the forum
- a new e-mail address to be used as a foundation email.
- The reason of getting back the forum

I've received the information, I will forward it to the Pro-Administrator: Buttercup, however, please next time make sure to PM the info to the following staff mentioned in the thread. Now please wait patiently.
