Not really a problem but, is there a way to make my board a non log in board?
I guess like a blog is what i am asking but with sections.

You could turn "Guest" posting on by modifying the permissions of each forum.
To do this you need to go into ACP--> General --> Categories and Forums --> go to each forum
--> Post --> Tick Guests

ahh good idea but then i would not know who it was ?
my board is for personalized signatures so i need to see the name.

Well they do get the option to enter a username when posting. However I don't think that is mandatory.
Other than that I honestly don't think you've got an option like this. As to identify who is who they need to be logged in.
