I do have html enabled in the admin panel and on my private profile.

They don't allow embedding of the video, I would suggest doing a search for the same video on youtube, its probably there too. If a video you see on the web doesn't have the embed code available there is no way to embed it, unless you have permission to download it and upload to a host that has embedding of videos to put on your site.
