On phpBB 2, how can I place the navigation bar above the logo?

Can you please post screenshot how you want to ste that?

I want the navigation bar to be at the top of the page and the logo to be beneath it. 

To be clear, not inside the advert box, just in the header where it always is, but with the navigation bar above it.
