Topics and posts number

Hello... 
  Is there a chance to make something like topics and posts counter for each particular subforum?
  Idk am I clear enough... here is a pic of what I m thinking:

        

Forgive me if I'm incorrect, but you're wanting a counter that documents the number of posts and topics in each forum on the main forum that houses the sub forums?

I think so  
    Anyway, I was thinkin is there a way to move those "topics","post"
    and put something like that under the forums/subforums.
