WYSIWYG editor bunches up copied paragraphs and quotes

When pasting text from a website into the WYSIWYG editor, the paragraph line breaks aren't preserved, so the text is is in one block. The other editor preserves the line breaks.

Is there a code we can enter into the admin panel that solves this?

Also, when pasting text with an embedded link, the WYSIWYG editor preserves the link, but the other editor doesn't. Can this be made to work for the BBcode editor as well?

I don't think the copy paste can preserve the same formatting.
