Problem

Hey, i have a big problem.
I cant login to my own forum but im admin there..
its long time ago i use this forum so i forgot my password..
when i click to "forget password" there comes:
The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security
so how can i get my password of my admin account back? i still have the email for the account but im not able to use forgot password because its off on admin panel..
can you help me please.... ( sorry my english is bad)
