Users on iOS getting redirected to the App Store Empty Users on iOS getting redirected to the App Store

Multiple users on my forum are complaining that they're getting redirected to the App Store when they browse our forum with their iPhone or iPod touch, due to an ad that's being served on the forum's page. I haven't been able to see this myself, I'm only getting served Ad Choices ads. I don't know if geo-targetting of ads is involved, but one of them is in Ireland and the other is in the US. I asked to get a screenshot of the ad that appears,

They say it happens whenever they load any topic on the site, which means they're getting served this ad a lot.
