Are the groups open/closed and colorized?

yes groups are closed and colorized but not visible in index

When I deactivated the templates, it appeared. So this means there is an issue with a template.

so what to do no chance to return ?

Post the template that has the legend.

First of all, what are you trying to do? Second, can you please state which templates or codes you've messed with or entered new codes to. Lastly, before doing any changes, what were the last codes you submitted into your forum before this issues started.

i did nothing change since domain arrived i just added  a new template named as subway i have not added more codes that will get messed up and tried thrice but remains same 
Problems facing ..
1. user avatar in latest topics not showing up
2. recent topic in a widgets not scrolling 
3. legends i cant see them
