how to change background quick reply?

maybe here I have many questions to you all xD, or maybe I bother many people to exchange ideas,
now I have to change my background quick reply, yesterday I had to replace it and work, but now after I edit some css and javascript, background back to normal quick reply, I have been using "Check to resynchronize" but it still does not work, is there anything can anyone help me?
