Problem Loading Forum

It appears to show me this message and i don't know why? Can someone tell me?

Hello Marios94,

You may be making to many requests on the forum. If you're loading many pages over and over again you will be met with this request limit.

You would be unable to access to forum for a period of time. (its usually not that long)

I am going to the Css, with just one window open and wherever i click, it shows me this and i have to reload the page 5-6 times or more.. why??

It should only show when you're making too many requests, do you have anything that loads on your forum with AJAX? I know the small window in the colors counts towards the request limit.

If you're reloading the page 5-6 times, that's even more requests.

What is the AJAX

Its used in javascript to exchange data with a server, and update parts of a page without reloading. I'm assuming you have nothing like that, so you must be making too many requests.
