You will only be able to install portions of that theme, since you cannot modify the templates of phpbb3.

Images (Compatible)
CSS (Partly Compatible)
Templates (Not Compatible)

Its recommended you install skins from Hitskins for forumotion.

You could create your own .bbtheme file and import it based on the file you downloaded, but that'd be a lot of writing repeated lines; if you're up for that, go ahead.

Just copy the items of the forum style you downloaded to your forum and the most of them should be ok..

For the images of the set you can install them here:
Administration Panel > Display > Pictures and colors > Pics management > Advanced

You then upload the images and paste their links to their respective locations.

The following folders contain images:
Xmas gold > Theme > Images
Xmas gold > imageset
Xmas gold > contrib

Only some of the CSS will work as some selectors are not present on forumotion phpbb3.
Administration Panel > Display > Pictures and colors > Colors > CSS stylesheet

Find the following files:
Xmas gold > Theme > files with the extension.css

Open them with notepad/textpad, and paste the contents into your stylesheet. As I mentioned half the CSS in this package will not work.
