Hello Jack Atlas,

I do not believe forumotion can help you if another forum has stolen your members. Simply put, if your members chose to leave and go to another forum, it was their choice.

Hi,

We cant do much, but you can ban her and if she still comes back, IP-ban her. However, as Seth said above: we cant do anything about it, sorry.

Is this consider solved?

You can remove the ability to pm from the members who believe are sending advertisements. You can stop new members from posting links for 7 days. There really is no way to stop this from happening. You and our staff will have to keep an eye out for questionable activities. Ask your members to report questionable pm's.

This is something that Forumotion will not get involved with, unless the other forum is breaking the Terms of Service.
