Blocked Account Empty Blocked Account

hello, I can't log in to my account. It says it has suspicious activity and I need to unblock it, then it took me to a page wherein it says I type a code but then it redirected me here to contact a staff here. I tried contacting a staff but then it said You haven't reached the post limit for sending private messages. Can someone help me please

oh I was able to send a message after posting a thread. I sent a pm to Sanket, I hope I'm doing it right.
