Background Music?

Hello,

I was wondering what the best way is to go about playing background music throughout my forum? I saw this code posted elsewhere, but it is not working for me:

Is there a way to do it through Youtube? 

I am aware of the Soundcloud feature, but the music would only play on my homepage. So when people click to go to a different section of the forum, the music would stop. 

This is how my home page currently looks (really trying to get into the X-mas spirit here, lol)
