Account activation

I Have raised this issue before but it never got resolved, so here I am again asking for help.....Although I have 'New account activation' set to Admin any new members get automatically activated

Could you please provide the url of your forum please?

What you mean is you don't receive email to activite new account members?
Am I right?

I do receive emails but they are already activated.

The account owned by "willh" has been deactivated or newly created, you should check the details of this user (if required) and activate it using the following link:

http://fraud-in-bulgaria.forum.net.bz/act?u=1&ak=433b62


But when I went to the forum they had already been on at around 12.05 am

I believe it will show user connecting as they'll have registered an account. However, they won't technically be able to log on.

It said 'Last visit : Today at 12:05' it also showed them as the newest member which shouldn't happen untill I activate them.

I have tested your forum and I was not able to log in as you don't have actived my account.
You can verify in:
Admin panel> Users & group> inactive user

So all is working properly

Your co-admin have activated my registration. See the screenshot!!
