Solved Menu drop down problem

Hello once again..

I found this tutorial:

I adore the way the menu drops like that.  As i ad it to my forum it doesn't work correct because i modified the default template.
My menubar is positioned to the top. What i changed is:
HMTL & added css codes.

So. My overall_header is like this:
