Body Line Background Picture?

Hello.

I want to put a picture in "Body line background color" so I don't want just a color, I want a picture on that place.

I know that is possible, because I saw it on one forum but forgot the link. I want to ultimalty be able to see my background picture or attach it to the body line color place and have it seen. I've tried alot of css codes but none seem to work.
