Table code alters itself after posting Empty Table code alters itself after posting

I just noticed recently (I've been gone for a bit) that when I edit a post that contains a table layout I use for my graphics proposals, the background image at the top will disappear.

Here's the code I use;
Code:
[table style="border: 1px solid rgb(0, 0, 0);" width="100%"][tr style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% rgb(19, 0, 1);"][td style="background-repeat: no-repeat; background-position: center center; padding: 5px;" background="http://i1042.photobucket.com/albums/b430/RapsGraphics/brwn-grn-post-header_zpsf8c71796.png" height="169px"]

[/td][/tr][tr style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% rgb(218, 251, 218);"][td style="padding: 5px;"]

[center]Post Content[/center]

[/td][/tr][tr style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% rgb(18, 9, 1);"][td style="padding: 15px;"][center][color=darkgreen][size=10][i]Handcrafted by:[/i]
[size=16][color=#c78500][i][font=Georgia]DustyBones[/font][/i][/color][/size]
[/size][/color][/center]
[/td][/tr][/table]

And after I hit preview or post it and edit it, I end up with this code. Somehow the top background image removes itself;
Code:
[table style="border: 1px solid rgb(0, 0, 0);" width="100%"][tr style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% rgb(19, 0, 1);"][td style="background-repeat: no-repeat; background-position: center center; padding: 5px;" height="169px"]

[/td]
[/tr]
[tr style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% rgb(218, 251, 218);"][td style="padding: 5px;"]

[center]Post Content[/center]

[/td]
[/tr]
[tr style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% rgb(18, 9, 1);"][td style="padding: 15px;"][center][color=darkgreen][size=10][i]Handcrafted by:[/i]
[size=16][color=#c78500][i][font=Georgia]DustyBones[/font][/i][/color][/size]
[/size][/color][/center]
[/td]
[/tr]
[/table]
All the rest of the code remains, it's just the background image in the title that disappears.
It happens not just at my forum but here too.
Is my coding messed up? I never had this issue before using this code.
Or is this something that happened due to the last update?

I am going to look into the links more but as of right now when ever I try to change an ad I have posted up for a sponsor, it effects the ad below it.  I realize there is a new way to do the html but I just learned how to write these, is there a way to go back to the way it was, or is there a simpler way for me to create my link ad's.
