Please change the title of your topic, that is related to your question/issue, so that other users will be able to find their question/issue using the search engine.

That is the who's online section that has been customized. Have you tried to contact the staff there?

No, im actually part of the staff but the owner doesn't seem to like to give his codes i think. And not many people actually have access to the admin panel other than him.

Well, we can not give out the code if they do not want to give it out.  Someone might can help create a code that would get a similar look.

Yeah basically, but it looks nice too. I wanted one that looked ok with my website. But apparently  not many people know where it came from or how to get it. Waiting for a coder or someone who knows how to make it....

Hello,
Well, i'm the forum's owner. You should request by PM on my forum, but:
Javascript => Tick just index:
Code:
$(function() {
  var $items = $('#vtab>ul>li');
  $items.mouseover(function() {
  $items.removeClass('selected');
  $(this).addClass('selected');
  var index = $items.index($(this));
  $('#vtab>div').hide().eq(index).show();
  }).eq(0).mouseover();
});

Now, in index_body replace from:
<!-- BEGIN disable_viewonline -->
to
<!-- END disable_viewonline -->
with
Code:
<!-- BEGIN disable_viewonline -->

Why does phpbb3 not have template editing? Is it forumotion or is it that it simply doesnt exist for phpbb3?

Only punBB and phpBB 2 has the option to edit templates, but phpBB 3 and Invision does not.

I don't think it's possible. It could be easier if you'll change your forum version into punBB or phpBB2 but you'll lose your theme. Sad
