Let my domain expire and cant renew

I have my domain 22ndnorthleeds.com with you and it expired. How can I get it back? I have the credits and selected the domain and it says it is already taken.

This is urgent, as I run this forum for a Scout group.

So what is the period of time that it expired, and you trying to renew it?

Im sorry that I reposted but the forum is used by a scout group and I have been receiving hassle from members.

It has only been a few days that the domain has been expired, maximum of 10 days.

Well it does take sometime to go through a process to make it available again. You will need to check everyday.

I read on previous archived thread that someone at forumotion can reactivate it. It is parked with GoDaddy and will need reactivating by a forumotion staff member

Well our Pro Admin (Buttercup) is on holiday right now.  You will have to wait patiently until she returns.

Tip: Try to book the domain name before it expires in the future.

We were informed that Buttercup is still on vacation.

Do we know when she will be back. Is she the only person that can sort this issue?

We are sorry to inform you that Buttercup is still on vacation until next week(Wednesday), for now, all we can do is wait. Sorry.

Only staff members that work on Forumotion can deal with this(Buttercup & TGF), as for us, we are only volunteer staff members.

Isn't TGF available to deal with it then? There are a few of us now waiting. Another week seems a long time for no-one available to deal with an urgent matter such as this.

ps  I think we would all be very grateful if you could please ask The Godfather to look into it for us? All is needed is for the CNAME pointers to be reconfigured, so that our domain names will again display in our admin panels enabling us to submit the points for a year's renewal.  It needs to be done urgently please,  before we permanently lose our domain names.
