Install hitskin not as founder

Is there anyway to install a specific theme from hitskin, without searching through the 70 pages of whats on the themes panel? (I got to 25 and it said i was sending too many requests)

The theme I am currently trying is: http://en.hitskin.com/?afolder=theme&id=140799


I am sort of the manager of a forum but I do not own it or have access to founder. And the founder does not know how to do this type of thing.

If you have a test forum you can do the following :

First install the skin from hitskins to your test forum where you're founder.

After the theme is installed go to..
Administration Panel > Display > Skins > Themes management

Under 'Export your skin' choose :
- Current skin
- Wholestyle
and then click 'export' to confirm. Note that exporting the theme will take a few minutes to complete.


Once it has finished exporting you will see a new window, choose 'save file' and click OK.

After that return to the forum you wish to apply this skin to and go to the same area :
( Administration Panel > Display > Skins > Themes management )

Only this time you will be using 'Import the skin'. Just browse your files for the bbtheme, choose it, and click the import button to apply the theme.

It is better to exactly go to Hitskins and install the theme from there, not from the administration panel.  There are some known issues with installing themes through the administration panel.

That was my problem though, I needed to be a founder to do that. I am going to try what ange said.

I believe an administrator can install a theme.
