I cannot log in

Hi I cannot login as an admin. I created the website, let it be for about three weeks, came back and I couldn't log in any longer. I tried to reset the password, but it's the same. It tells me that the account is either passive or a wrong password. Does the account get passive in three weeks? Hopefully not. I searched the forum and didn't find an answer.

Do you mean inactive? Can we get the message or the screenshot of the message you're getting when you try to log in?

I don't know how to make a screenshot. I am Finnish and the writing is in Finnish, so it reads passive "passiivinen" in my language, I guess it means inactive.

Annoit väärän tai passiivisen käyttäjätunnuksen tai väärä salasana

That means:

You gave a wrong or passive user account or a wrong password

That is the standard message given when someone enters the wrong password.

If you have lost your password then I'd recommend Case 4 of the password guide.

If you are using the founder account, it cannot be a passive account. You can try to request for a new password and see if it will fix the problem.
