Add a blank html/css page section on the navigation bars?

Would it be possible to add a clean widget page, not like a portal but like one with widgets or just pure css/html, such page to the navigation bars, would like to add a clean page for showcase of streams etc. If you guys understand what I mean.

You can add to the navbar:

Administration Panel > Display > Homepage > Headers & Navigation
Press the Create a Customized Button button and fil in the information.

Now this isn't what my question/issue refers to what im asking, i need a page like the one in the example, that's existed on the website and not a "redirected url", a page u can work on and make for example a showcase of streams as in the example provided.
