[Only topic] Smilies don't work

Some users cannot use smilies and Servimg doesn't work properly. Our technicians are working on the problem.

In my forum the problem is solved.

My smilies still will not show up.  Any ideas?  I still see them in my admin panel.  But they are no longer accessible for posts.

I found a fix for this.

Display tab>>>General tab>>>tick Force the default templates.

Got my edit buttons and smileys back!!
