Stop new member email alerts to Admin

This is probably right under my nose but I seem to have lost the location of these settings in control panel
Can someone clarify how to disable the email alerts that are sent to Admin when a new member registers please?

Admin Control Panel --> Users and Groups --> User Options --> Send notify e-mail on new user registrations --> No

Was already selected, but still receiving an email each time a new member signs up? Is there another setting Ive missed?
