Did you  Enable the Javascript code management ? Might wanna take a look. 
 Module>Javascript code management>Enable Javascript code management> tick "yes" and save.

You did follow the instructions for punBB, not phpBB 3?

For punBB, you also have to edit a template.

i already follow the tutorial with be carefull but dosnt work, can you help me?

EDIT:
i change the "subforums" to "sub" its realy work, how to make that into 3 lists, because with 2 parts, it will be too long down
