How to change the registration rules for the PHPBB3 Version

Hello Forumotion,
So, yes, I know you could add your own new rules to the registration agreement. And, I know that there is already a tutorial for changing the rules for versions that have customized templates here.

The main reason that I want to change my rules is because of this:

"- Aggressive or slanderous messages, as well as personal insults and critics, the coarseness and vulgarities, and more generally any message contravening the French laws are prohibited. "

French laws? No thanks, I'm from USA and so are most of my members and I want them to follow MY country's laws (for example).

Is there anything out there to change that?

You can not change that.

You can only add to it and edit the design of the page, but not the text.

I have actually found a way. I will post a tutorial about it soon. Please close and lock the topic. Thanks for the info though.
