Legall or Ilegall
Well hello guys, this is not an actually problem but i didn't knew where to post this exactly if i missed a section move it freely where it belongs.
What i actually wanted to ask is that me and my friend have a large group on the facebook it is like a social community where people and kids can exchange or sell they steam account's to each other.
The catch is there are a lot of wheeler-dealer's,from group of 105,282 members we can't ban all of them or stop scumming people, therefor we wanted to create forum, where we can control it as much as we can.
I've read this in terms of service "The whole of the elements that you see, or read on this website is protected by the legislation about copyright. In any case, you cannot use, distribute, copy, reproduce, modify, alter or transmit the site or elements of the site, such as texts, images without having previously gotten a written permission of the company. The brands and logos which appear on the site, are owned by the company and all rights reserved. No right or license could be allotted on any of these elements without any written permission from the company or the third party who holds rights on the brand or logo which appear on the site. The company reserves the right to prosecute any patent infringement of his ownership, in front court of law."
So if we use actually steam logo is it illegal or not? and can we create forum such as that i mention on Forumotion?
Thanks in advance guys

Re: Legall or Ilegall
You can not use anything that is copyrighted. You will need to do your own research into what is or not copyrighted. If Forumotion does receive a litigation about copyright infringement, your forum could be ban on the spot, or you will been given sometime to remove all violations.
The section of the Terms of Service that you quoted exactly deals with Forumotion itself.
