MAC user can't download images to post.
One of my members says he can't download a pic using the usual method.

Another member said he can't install images using his ipad.
Is this a typical problem between forumotion and Apple products?

Re: MAC user can't download images to post.
Thanks, SL Gray. i wasn't sure about what section to use.
No, it's not the same thing, I don't think . My user was able to upload an avatar.
His problem is that he can't upload a photo to his post, using the "Host it" option in the post box. We have a tutorial for how to do it on our forum. He followed it and did not get the "Browse" button - he said.
At first I thought he had not followed the directions the right way, but then an experienced user backed him up with the comment about the ipad.

Are you talking about this forum? http://cvas.forumotion.com/portal
There is only one user having the problem or many? The problem is only for Ipad?
Thanks

Re: MAC user can't download images to post.
So you have a test account that i ( mac user) could test to see if its a mac issue?
Re: MAC user can't download images to post.
Yes, Buttercup, that is the forum. Only one user has reported this problem with his MAC OSX.
One other user mentioned that he had the same problem with his ipad. It's not an issue for him, though, becuase he can post photos using another computer with Windows.
@Sir Mayo - what is a test account and how do I send it to you?

So it's been a few days and now the same user cannot log in to the forum.
Is this a new problem and should I open a new thread?
Thanks!
