#790 Profile, registration date & avatar change

Dear Sir,

My name is Neu and I am a super administrator and owner of the forum CroFriends ( http://www.crofriends.com/ ). Account of one of our moderators ( username: Margarita_Bulgakova ) has probably been hacked. The date of registration has been changed to 1st of January 1970 and all data of the profile, including nickname and avatar has disappeared (example: http://www.crofriends.com/t18366-citat-mjeseca).

Is there any possibility to restore the account? I've tried to do a backup, but unfortunately I don't remember my password, so could you please send me a new one.

The date "1970" is not hacking issue. This is just a synchronisation problem. You have to find out the user through your admin panel and synchronise him.

The looks like a newsletter from that forum. Are you a member of that forum?

Of course, I'm the administrator (only administrator).

But when I type www.crofriends.com and password, access, and when I go to backup mebmers asking me a confirmation e-mail address and password, I started email: MY email and password: my password and threw me is that the data is not valid. 

I also tried to enter: www.crofriends.com Now, this happened: The maximum number of login attempts 20 has been exceeded. You are not allowed to login for the next 360 minutes. Each new try will put back the duration of your banishment ..Sorry to bother you, but this is incomprehensible to me.

What should I do?Can you write a tutorial on how to return the moderator Margarita_Bulgakova? Her nickname is not seen (I put the picture of what it looks like). The admin panel can not find Margarita_Bulgakova (as it does not exist).

profile of this moderator does not exist, it can not be found on the forum or in the Admin Panel.

Okay, the first image is usually when guests post, that's how they appear. If the account were to be deleted, it wouldn't be nowhere to be found. Now, this second image:


Is this being shown on the profile when viewing her account on a thread? Can you please provide both:

1. URL of where this account can be found, that way us, the staff can visualize it.
2. An account where we can view the profile, etc, since viewing as guests are limited to what we can see and not see.

What were the last codes you guys have entered on your forum? Also, please PM the user and ask for the email used when creating her/his account, that way you can search it through the admin panel. Let's see if he or she comes out like that.

This is very strange since there is no username nor a link of the author of the thread(s).
