Post by Van-Helsing February 23rd 2014, 02:10

Good morning dear all,
At the last days I watched some problems in ACP

A) http://prntscr.com/2uyvht at the e-mail which arrives from Forum's ACP its not displayed the user name but display the field Guest. This e-mail comes when a member has a new reply on his/her post.
B) When a member change a Post-Count Rank the Rank changes normally but it isnt auto-subscribe on next member-group. I was check the member-group and the auto-subscribe is ticked [Yes]
C) http://prntscr.com/2uz0v2 this text was in Greek Language and suddenly turn it into English Language

Best Regards,

A.  It has been changed by the techs.

B.  Could you explain further the issue?

C. Are you sure that was in Greek?

Hi SLGray,

A) It must not show the forum variable
Code:
{USERNAME}
in e-mail which is sending by ACP but it must shows the real username as it was at past.

B)Yesterday one of my members reach the number of posts which are required to pass to the next members group, so her rank changed successful but she didn't auto-subscribe to the next usergroup as happened always.

C)Yes it was at Greek language with the Greek word "Αρχείο"

It could be that your forum is hosted on the Greek server or something similar because I checked and some of your footer links are in Greek. It therefore could be translation issue e.g. its not properly translating from Greek to English.
