picture save animation and question on uploading images

is the hand bouncing the bball supposed to be the image to represent that?

and since wondering about that, something i always wanted to know....

is there a limit on the total data a forum's uploaded images can reach? and if so, what happens if you surpass it?

for awhile there, the image for uploading an image was a bouncing basketball smiley. now its back to normal.

still wondering if there is an upload limit due to alot of people do that at our place.
