Removed JS, effect isn't removed/still working

As the title says, I removed a JS code from the forum(phpbb3) and it's still there working as if the code is still in the adminCP. Help how to fix this.

Method 1: Try clearing your cache and cookies, please.

Method 2: Usually, if that problem persists, what I do is shift into another browser (Firefox to Chrome) and then if I see that Chrome view is normal, I give Firefox a span of 24 hours to adjust to the new setting .
