Hi Very Happy

Try either of these 2:

Code:
a.gensmall {
border: 1px solid #ADC5E0;
padding: 3px 6px;
background: white;
border-radius: 3px;
font-family: Verdana,Arial;
font-size: 10pt;
font-weight: normal;
font-style: normal;
}

Code:
em {
border: 1px solid #ADC5E0;
padding: 3px 6px;
background: white;
border-radius: 3px;
font-family: Verdana,Arial;
font-size: 10pt;
font-weight: normal;
font-style: normal;
}

If you want to remove the [ and ], please delete them in your template.

Pizza Boi

Phpbb3 does not have template editing.

You could remove the brackets and legend text by :
Code:
p em { font-size:0; }
p em a {
  font-size:12px;
  margin:0 4px;
}

or javascript too.

Of course, try this :
Code:
p em:before {
  content:"Staff : ";
  font-size:12px;
}
p em {
  font-size:0;
  font-style:normal;
  font-weight:bold;
}
p em a {
  font-size:12px;
  margin:0 4px;
}

To make the font-size larger adjust the 12pixels to a higher value.

If you want them all surrounded by a border, use this :
Code:
p em {
    padding:14px 3px 6px 3px;
    border:1px solid #CCC
}

If you mean individually, us this :
Code:
p em a {
    padding:3px;
    border:1px solid #CCC;
}

Hi Very Happy

Just add background-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); in the coding in the one I provided you above, unless you want it in the parenthesis portion.

Also, if you wish, just change the CSS color in Ange's code into black or #000000 Smile.

As mentioned above, adding the background property the modify the background color of the element will suffice.
Code:
p em { background:#000; }

or

Code:
p em a { background:#000; }

Topic solved and archived
