Solved How can I change Citation Multiple to Multi Quote?

Post by Guardian-Angel on March 25th 2014, 12:19 am

Hi there

I was trying to use the Citation Multiple but it wasn't working for me. I searched for help and came across this.

Important notes :

[b]- The Multi-Quote is not lost when changing pages on the same topic. So you can multi-quote posts in the 1st, 3rd, 4th and 5th page for example.

[b]- To get the multi-quote resultat, it is imperative to not use the quick reply! You must use the normal reply editor by clicking the "reply" button.[/u]

I now realize you must use the reply button however how can I change the "Citation Multiple" iconto say Multi Quote?

Thanks Very Happy

Hi Very Happy

Question: Are you using images for the buttons? If so, just go to ACP < Display < Pics Management < I believe it is in buttons < Find Multi-Quote/Citation Multiple < Put a "Multiple Quote" button picture < Save

The citation multiple is not a text, its a whole image button, just find or make a new image that has written "Multi-quote" and replace it like Pizza Boi said

Hello Guardian-Angel,

You are using default phpbb3 from forum creation ? The default buttons are usually in French and would need to be changed to English.
Administration panel > display > pics management > Avance mode > buttons tab

Find :
Multi-quote unselected

replace the img URL with :
http://illiweb.com/fa/prosilver/icon_multiquote_off_en.png

Find :
Multi-quote selected

replace the img URL with :
http://illiweb.com/fa/prosilver/icon_multiquote_on_en.png
