I am creating a forum for a Minecraft server that my friend and I are making together. Its address is http://thelegendsofarcadia.forumotion.com. As you can see when visiting, all of the icons are not centered with the topic or forum category. I want to center them with the name of whatever section they represent.

As you can see by the key, a topic or forum section with new posts is represented by a bucket filled with water. A forum section or topic with no new posts is represented by an empty bucket. And finally, a topic or forum section that is locked is represented by a lava-filled bucket.

This image shows a section of the forum. This category is called general. The icon is basically in the middle of the title of the category but there's a large gap in between the "Rules" and "Moderator: Moderators" parts.

When the moderators section is removed, the "Rules" text floats above the image. I would prefer it to be aligned with the center of the bucket. Can anyone help me with this? Again, if you need to view the actual forum, the address is http://thelegendsofarcadia.forumotion.com. Thanks in advance.

Hello Seaborgium,

You have a paragraph, and a break tag in the description of your forums. This is what's causing the space you're seeing.

Go to Administration panel > general > forum > categories and forums > edit your forums

Find the description, click source code mode, and delete the following :
Code:
<p>
 <br />
</p>
