Chatbox Issue

I'm not sure if this is the correct area, but.... I have read a couple of other posts regarding chatbox issues, from March, and Also from April 10th, or so.   Yesterday, April 11 2014, I, and several members were having difficulty signing into the chatbox.  The chatbox is not customized.  I tried changing the "javascript code management enable" to "no," as suggested, but it has not helped all members.  

I still have an active member that is unable to log into the chatbox.  This is the screen he gets....

It is similar to the last post on page 3, of that other topic...   it is only affecting the chatbox, now.

Actually, this is already a technical problem showing on the French service, and it was already reported by their staff members to the techs. Please be patient.

Meanwhile, I will also send a report to our pro administrator about this problem.
