How do i bann a member permanently?

I banned a member from the forum i manage. I bann all his IP addresses but he creates a new IP and a new account. How do i get rid of him permantly?

Please change the title of your topic to something that is related to your question/issue, so that other users will be able to find their question/issue using the search engine.

All you can do is continue to ban each new account.   You can have it where you have to approve accounts.

Hi all,
You can ban him/her by banning the IP addresses of his DSLAM

Example: 241.76.*.*

Just put the two first numbers of his IP address as the example and fill the last two numbers with asterisks instead numbers.
