Hmm... I can't exactly give you the code they used since A: That's plagiarism, and B: I don't know where you saw that lol.

yeah, sure, i didnt ask for the same code just something cool frame for avatars like he got. this is from a Jalokim's forum.
hm, your code didnt work actually, ive created a frame image for my forum's avatars but when i paste the url its just like it doesnt exist. (i tried other images aswell )

That's odd, it works for my forum. Perhaps you're already using the same selector in your CSS? Please try and check, clear your cache and cookies, resync, etc.

Hi
You should experiment with the padding-left/-right/bottom-top . That would set it and to make it easier for you, the avatars have to be uniformed in size and you can even position them relatively to the frame .
