Hi Very Happy

I can't read Greek but I think you have to change this portion:

Code:
  $('.new1').html('<span class="boxed">'+a + '</span>  Συνολικά μηνύματα');
    $('.new2').html('<span class="boxed">'+ b +'</span> Συνολικά μέλη');
    $('.new3').html('<span class="boxed">'+ c + '</span> Νεότερο μέλος');
    $('.new4').html('<span class="boxed">'+ d + '</span> Ρεκόρ ταυτόχρονων συνδέσεων

If it doesn't work, can you please translate it them to English temporarily?

Pizza Boi

Συνολικά μηνύματα = total posts
Συνολικά μέλη = total users

Νεότερο μέλος = newest member

Ρεκόρ ταυτόχρονων συνδέσεων = most users online

the problem is that the newest member's name is being shown twice  blackeye

Hi Very Happy

I want to reproduce the problem you have but I can't seem to figure out in the index_body which you have to change. From what and until portion should the index_body be placed so that I can see what needs changing?

Hi Very Happy

At least post where you got the tutorial... I removed the Newest User portion as it overlaps but it still happens and I need to check if another value was added.

I disabled my PM's because I'm saving space, as I said so many times already.

Hello , Guest

Try to put this in your

Javascript Management

Name : what you want
placement: In the homepage only

Code:
$(document).ready(function(){
var rdtOn = $('.rdtOn strong').html();
var lastUser = $('.lastUser strong').html();
var totalUser = $('.totalUser strong').html();
var totalPost = $('.totalPost strong').html();

$('ul.statsPers').prepend('
<li><span>'+totalPost+'</span> Total Posts</li>
<li><span>'+totalUser+'</span> Total Member</li>
<li><span>'+lastUser+'</span> Newest Member</li>
<li><span>'+rdtOn+'</span> Most Online</li>
');

});

When you edited the template, did you make sure that there was no other place that new user appears?

Hi Very Happy

Well, removing the other {Newest_User} part didn't do anything. I'm still looking into it as we speak and will give a feedback once I'm done.

At first try this code in javascript
Code:
$(document).ready(function(){
var a = $('.new1 strong').text();
var b = $('.new2 strong').text();
var c=$('.new3 strong').html();
var d = $('.new4 strong').text();
$('.new1').html('<span class="boxed">'+a + '</span>  total posts');
$('.new2').html('<span class="boxed">'+ b +'</span> registered members');
$('.new3').html('<span class="boxed">'+ c + '</span> newest member');
$('.new4').html('<span class="boxed">'+ d + '</span> record users online');
});

after that add this in your index body template where the other code was.
Code:
<div style="margin:auto;text-align:center;width:100%"><tr>
          <td class="gensmall nlgcode">
          <span class="new2 newspan">{TOTAL_USERS}</span>
          <span class="new3 newspan">{NEWEST_USER}</span>
          <span class="new4 newspan">{RECORD_USERS}</span>
          <span class="new1 newspan">{TOTAL_POSTS}</span>
          </td>
          </tr></div>

and finally add this in your css
Code:
.boxed{
border: 1px solid #cccacc;
padding: 3px 7px;
background: #ededed;
color: #000000;
box-shadow: inset 0 0 5px #cccacc;
border-radius: 2px;
}

.nlgcode{
padding:12px 0px;
text-align:center;}

.newspan{
padding:0 10px;
}

This should have them fixed

Solved Re: Statistics like IPB(?)

Post by J0k3R^ on April 23rd 2014, 11:00 am

at the past, i had the same problem and "E-Mark" had solved my problem.
he told me to add these at css:
Code:
.FORUMLASTUSERLINK, FORUMONLINEUSER{
    padding:0 10px;
    border: 1px solid #cccacc;
    padding: 3px 7px;
    background: #ededed;
    color: #000000;]
    box-shadow: inset 0 0 5px #cccacc;
    border-radius: 2px;
    }

and replace the codes on viewtopic_body with:
Code:
<div style="margin:auto;text-align:center;width:100%"><tr>
              <td class="gensmall nlgcode">
              <span class="new1 newspan">{TOTAL_POSTS}</span>
              <span class="new2 newspan">{TOTAL_USERS}</span>
              <span class="FORUMLASTUSERLINK"></span> Νεότερο μέλος
              <span class="FORUMONLINEUSER"></span> Ρεκόρ ταυτόχρονων συνδέσεων
              </td>
              </tr></div>

and this actually had worked but now i dont know why its not working, i got this problem with double username...  scratch
