new user registration problem

Solved new user registration problem

when my friends try to register they are told that user name already exists. I go to the admin panel and it doesn't exist. even when I search by email address.

Hello,

You must adjust the following settings:
AP > General > Security:
Unauthorize subscriptions made with the most commonly used spam usernames. : Set it to No
> Save

it was set to no. Still can't register new user. message says that email is already in use, but in the AP there is no such email when searched. I only have 2 users registered. me and my wife.
