Weird Space below Nav Bar Empty Weird Space below Nav Bar

Pretty self-explanatory. I'm not sure what change I might have accidentally made, but now there is this weird space below mt navbar that puts it 200 or so pixels above the top of the actual forum. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Also if you have an adblocker in your browser, it will cause a blank area, because it is blocking the ads.
