Is it possible that someone of forummotion gives a ban to admins of my forum or is my forum hacked?

It sounds like an admin account has been hacked. Someone from Forumotion would not just do this.

What do you exactly mean by ban?  What is the specific issue?

It seems like an admin account either got hacked or they are banning other admins without you knowing.

It looks like an account of an admin was hacked.  They used a tool to get cookies and got his psw.

I don't know how it is possible to block this in the future.

I would tell your administrators to change their passwords often and make sure to try to use passwords that are not easy to figure out.
