Enhanced Footers

I'd like to have something more for adding footers onto my Forum. Using PHPBB3 format, I can't add an HTML code to the bottom of my forum the way I want it attached. It won't allow me to put it into the template, and no other things like widgets have been any help. And I don't wish to program my whole board from Scratch with HTML either.

You can do something like:

#1 AP < Display < Homepage < Generalities < Post the code below:

<p class="ef">This is my enhanced footer statement and I hereby declare you are pro :o</p>

#2 Save < AP < Display < Colors < Stylesheet < Post the code below:

Code:

.ef {
  position: absolute;
  bottom: 0px;
}

You can generally just add left or right or top or bottom~
