Pardon, but is https://2img.net/u/2611/41/97/96/avatars/1-79.gif your avatar image? If so, it is working fine for me.
Try clearing your cookies and cache, resync your forum and whatnot or it must be your internet provider that's causing this. Unless of course, there's a global problem with images, we can't do much about it but wait until they give us feedback.
