Solved Old posts

I am wondering if there is a way to find older posts.  The list only seems to go back 6 pages.  We need to be able to see all of the past posts.

Thank you for your assistance.

What list? Do you mean if you click on someones profile, go to statistics and then go to 'find all posts'

If so there isn't a way to complie older posts.

Anywhere.  We tried going to statistics in their profile, then going to advanced search by member - and, still only get six pages of posts.  We haven't tried anything else.

I don't think you can get more than 6 pages because it would cause massive resources on the server and create server strain. The only way to find older posts would be by going through old threads.

Try using "Search" then "Advanced Search" then enter the authors name. Also you can choose either topic or posts.

He's stated he's tried that. Please do make sure you reads things fully before replying because I've noticed on a couple of threads you've seemed to post either inaccurate information or posting for the sake of posting.

Thank you.

I think that we are looking at literally thousands of posts here.

We get more if we used the advanced search - but, still not all.  We will work around this.  I mean, it would be really nice to have them come up in statistics - all some 10,000 posts - but,we understand.  thanks

If the server had to generate upwards of 10,000 posts it would cause considerable strain and consider how many FM forums are built and have a lot of posts.

Can we say that this topic is solved now?
